Sanmarcosrecord.com reports: As of Monday, attorneys in Hays and surrounding counties will have the ability to file civil documents in the Hays County District Courts electronically through eFiling for Courts, a service developed by TexasOnline, the official Web site of the State of Texas and offered through the Hays County District Clerk?s Office.

 

?We are excited to bring electronic filing to attorneys in the Hays County area,? said District Clerk Cecelia Adair. ?This new service improves processing for attorneys, legal secretaries, paralegals and the courthouse staff and streamlines the judicial process. With this new capability, the courthouse is always open for filing.?
