It's funny you should ask. Courport has just started developing a federal judgment search tool. One problem with judgment searches is that the data is not updated often enough. We are designing a system whereby the user can enter a search for one, several, or all 94 federal civil district courts. Our automated system will then search these courts' LIVE data, compile, and provide results. So the information you receive will be up-to-the-minute.
Planned for v1.0:
Search criteria will include last name, and/or first name, and/or middle name, and/or date range.
Search results will include court, case name and number, parties, amounts, and payment status.
We will make an announcement once beta is ready.
